Kimberly Mae Isanan Ortego is a native of Talalora, Samar, Philippines. She works as a school-based Senior Bookkeeper at the Department of Education Philippines and as an online English tutor at Preply Inc. At present, she is pursuing her masters degree in Public Management. Her research interests include local leadership and management styles.
