Jakob is the initiator and founding partner at The School for Transition and an affiliate of the Portland Institute for Loss and Transition. Klaartje van Gasteren is an international leadership trainer and coach. She is a shining light in the leadership development of organizations, (executive) teams and professionals. Klaartje is a partner at The School for Transition. Marnix Reijmerink is a founding partner in The School for Transition. He works internationally as a coach and trainer with teams, organizations and their leaders. Marnix also trains fellow coaches and trainers in working with individuals and teams. Anne Verbokkem-Oerlemans is a leadership coach and trainer specializing in the embodiment of the craft of the secure base coach. She is also a supervisor for fellow coaches and trainers and an affiliate of the School of Transition. Leo Wilhelm is an executive in the Dutch central government, a leadership coach and an affiliate of The School for Transition. Riet Fiddelaers-Jaspers, PhD., is a trainer and grief therapist. She a is a pioneering author in the field of attachment, loss and grief and an affiliate of the Expertise Centre for Coping with Loss.
