The nature of solvent influences not only process speed but also structure of termination products of reaction that is especially essential at ferrocenylboric acid oxidation. Also data on oxidation of bis-arene and bis-cyclopentadienyl complexes of the transitional metals of 3D and 4D-row which emphasize essential differences in mechanisms of oxidation of the last and derivants of ferrocene are provided. The book can be interesting to all researchers working in the field of chemistry of organometallic compounds of the transitional metals.
