Agripreneurship have the potential to contribute to social and economic development through employment generation, income generation, poverty reduction, improvements in nutrition, health and overall food security in the national economy. Agriclinics and Agribusiness Centres Scheme (AC & ABC Scheme) was launched in April 2002 by Government of India with the objective to supplement the public extension system through educated and trained agricultural graduates in a self employment mode. There is need to formulate sound situation specific programs for the benefit of agripreneurs in Gujarat. Considering these facts, the present study was framed as "Appraisal of agripreneurs under the scheme of agriclinics and agribusiness centres in Gujarat"
