It has been developed at Sancheti Institute Of Orthopedic research as an indigenous uncemented hip stem by ,Dr.K.H.Sancheti. This product is developed in view of reducing THR surgery cost by developing, manufacturing the hip joint at SIOR. Thereby it is expected to facilitate more number of hip replacement surgeries and give better quality of life for more number of patients. Thus it is targeted to cater for increasing need of THR surgeries in India every year.
