Autorenporträt
Kurt has been a business professional for over 30 years, and owned his first company at the age of 20. He has experienced many economic cycles though the lenses of both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Kurt has also been both a contributor and adviser to teams focusing on sales and marketing, finance, business operations, strategic planning, project management, and recruiting. Kurt enjoys working with CEO's and other organization leaders, helping them to thrive in their professional and personal lives. He helps them by refining their operations and focusing on strategic vision and execution. Kurt accomplishes all of this through his advisory services and online programs, peer-group facilitation with CEO Focus, through Customer Scenario Mapping(c) in association with a major Boston business partner, and through targeted project execution. Kurt's first book, God's Business, was launched in 2016. A mini-MBA resource for clergy and leaders of small to medium-sized congregations, this book incorporates best practices from pastors and churches across the U.S. The book will provide resources to help church operations and strategy to work smoothly, allowing pastors more time to serve in ministerial capacities. Kurt received an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Management from Capella University. He was also awarded a Master of Divinity (MDiv) and a Master of Sacred Music (MSM) from Boston University. Kurt is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
