Autorenporträt
E. J. (Edward James) Boome (1883-1954) was a pioneer in the study of speech defects and was largely responsible for the development and teaching of speech therapy in the London County Council service, becoming consultant to the council in this area. He was a founder member of the College of Speech Therapists. H.M.S. (Honor Mary Stanhope) Baines.
