This book highlighted the methods used for the syntheses of pyrazolopyridine dyes. The activity of pyrazolopyridine dyes and their synthetic importance were investigated. It also reported a good introduction for the literature survey of dyes chemistry including basic concepts of color, classical organic dyes, disperse dyes, heterocyclic diazo components and dyeing of polyester fabrics. In this context, we reported herein the behavior of pyrazolopyridine towards some active reagents as a facile and convenient route to some heterocyclic derivatives containing its moiety. Produktbeschreibung
The methods of syntheses and the synthetic mechanisms of the aforementioned reactions were well presented and the structures of these compounds were assessed by analytical and spectral data. This book evaluated the antibacterial activity of the investigated compounds against Gram-negative (P. Aeurginosa) and Gram-positive (B. Subtilis) strains. The investigated compounds exhibited excellent antibacterial activities.
