In this book, I am sharing my information about how to assess the bacterial load of chicken meat by using different media and techniques. for this purpose several samples have been collected from seven trademark which were available at Sulaimanyah markets as (two batches). How ever the subject mentioned here is only a part of a huge work has been done at preparing the book, which were dealing with how to inspect chicken meat, physically, chemically, sensory and of course microbiologically.
