The objective of our research is to analyze and increase our current understanding of the factors that affected the multicultural organizational performance in the role of the technology acceptance model in the United Arab Emirates. On the other hand, we would like to investigate how the two types of leadership (transformational and transactional) can be effected to the Hofstede model of the national culture in base of using the technology acceptance model which finally can change the personal attitudes regarding usage of the new technology in the multicultural organization in the United Arab Emirates.
