Aim of study: Was to evaluate changes in the levels of adipocyte derivative hormones (resistin, leptin and adiponectin) in patients with acute myocardial infarction and there correlation with proinflammatory cytokine (IL-6) and some related proteins as C-reactive protein and troponin I . Subjects and Methods The study included fifty patients (34 males and 16 females) and forty subject as controls (24 males and 16 females).
