Hagabimana Fabien is a Rwandese who was born in 1987. In 2005, he attended secondary school at College Christ Roi Nyanza. In 2012, he went on to teach English in Group Scholaire Rurangazi. In 2013, he joined Busoga University in Uganda, where he studied English and Literature with Education.
