Mr.Haileselassie Beyene Tesfai had completed his elementary school at Christ School of Maimisham, Adwa district and his high school at Queen Sheba, Adwa. Then he joined Addis Ababa University and graduated in Literature. He also received his second degree in Library & Information Science from Indra Ghandi University in May 2012.
