The extracted DNA from cultured Brachionus isolates that have two species were Brachionus calyciflorus and Brachionus plicatilis subjected to RAPD-PCR .The RAPD reactions were performed with only five isolates of Brachionus calyciflorus and two isolates of Brachionus plicatilis having identical sequences of 16S rDNA.
