The various ways we express ourselves when we grow up is crucial to interactions with others. Especially when we're learning and experiencing new things. As someone who was more shy and reserved than actively social, even with family and friends, this was my way of expressing myself. As I experienced various interactions, I didn't speak about them to anyone, but instead I wrote them down. I wrote them out as if I was talking to myself and helping myself through these experiences. I write how I felt, what I was thinking and sometimes how they played out. I was harsh on myself. I was mean to myself. I tried to help myself forget and let go. Sometimes, it may be better to listen to your heart. Sometimes, it may be better to listen to your head. I've tried both and still don't know which one is better in certain situations. I'm still learning. I'm still growing. I'm still experiencing. This book contains the various thoughts that ran through a teenage girls head when confronted with different interactions and different situations. Some less meaningful than others; while some were more meaningful. These thoughts were never spoken; only written down and now shared.
