The second of the two sub projects called for development of Local Norms of the Original Meier Art Judgment Test (MAJ) for Pakistani population. The score of 275 local converted into percentile ranks provides the Local Norms.

Author is an organizational psychologist and senior lecturer at University of the Punjab, Pakistan. She has at her credit masters in Applied Psychology and Business Administration. She has done various researches in the field of organizational psychology and has completed her M Phil studies in organizational conflict during the year 2011.
