Dr. Haoua KONE TAGO is born in 1962 at Ouarkoye in Burkina Faso. She is a former English teacher who devoted herself to the use of ICT in education. Her book describes how ICTs/mobile phones can help to improve by the gender approach, the access of vulnerable youth to literacy, and how to support fundraising in West Africa Burkina, Ghana and Mali.
