Harika is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Economics, Adikavi Nannaya University, MSN Campus, Kakinada. She was awarded Post-Doctoral degree from ICSSR New Delhi. She published 13 Articles, authored 3 Books and 7 Editorial Book chapters, presented 10 research papers in various Seminars/Conferences
