Autorenporträt
Harry R. Illman [1918-2001] was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio. He graduated from the University of Toledo and later the Ohio State University Law School. Although a successful lawyer, his gambling troubles led to a suspension and eventually a permanent disbarment from the Ohio bar. His law career included representing Toledo gambling figures, making him uniquely qualified to author this book.
