Acknowledging its economical perspective, the phenomenon of forced molting in poultry industry has become a routine practice to upsurge the productive and reproductive life span of birds. Moreover, farmers have also been using different feed supplements comprising vitamins, minerals, probiotics and prebiotics etc. for the improvement of health status of their birds. However, for last one decade or so, researchers have understood the valuable effects of these supplements in improving different health biomarkers of post molt poultry birds as well. Therefore, merging the phenomenon of molting with supplementation of these valuable feed supplements in post molt feed is believed to exhibit better results than molting alone. This book is aimed on highlighting the importance of various feed supplements in improving different parameters of molted male layer breeders that are considered favorable in ameliorating the health status of molted poultry birds.
