Ahmed Thabet was born in Aswan, Egypt 1974, Assoc. Prof. in Aswan University-EGY. He is the Principle Investigator of Nano-Technology Research Centre (NTRC). His research interest lies in the areas of analysis and developing electric and electromagnetic engineering models, investigating novel nanotechnology materials for industrial applications.
