In fact, a person may spend years studying or teaching a book and may even write an explanation of it, but he is not realistically ignorant of its history and the book's place in this historical context. Such a situation has negative consequences for the goal of science. Perhaps the most important of them is repeating ideas and theories thinking that they are new innovations, and/or taking real new innovations into limited or non-prioritized contexts. this; Not to mention the misunderstanding of opinions and their natural developments, and the respect for some theories to the point of sanctification, thinking that they are the end of the article and ideas, the ultimate knowledge, the uniqueness of time and their sufficiency. The research of this booklet is a modest contribution to raising some issues related to the history of the science of the principles of Imami jurisprudence.
