Hassan Wahab is Senior Lecturer of Political Science at the University of Ghana, Legon, Accra, Ghana. Yvette M. Alex-Assensoh is Vice President for Equity and Inclusion and Professor of Political Science at the University of Oregon, Eugene, Oregon, USA.
