Autorenporträt
Gleeson Rebello, MD, is a pediatric orthopedic surgeon at Massachusetts General Hospital. He has also been on faculty at Harvard Medical School since 2008. He has trained extensively in India and in the US and has vast experience in treating various childhood injuries and other pediatric orthopedic conditions. He is the published author of two other children's picture books, Darebone's Big Break, and Joe Some-More, and is the songwriter for the band The Fever Breakers. Laura Redfern is a pediatric orthopedic nurse practitioner at Massachusetts General Hospital. She also studied music at Point Loma Nazarene University and UMass Amherst. Her side career as an aspiring musician was derailed by her three young sons, who are also her primary motivation for writing this book.
