Welsh, Ph.D., is Professor of Cell Biology in the Department of Cell and Developmental Biology at the University of Michigan Medical School, Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA. He is also a Professor of Toxicology in the School of Public Health at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Peter B.
