Dr.Hema Bhalakrishnan is Associate Professor at Vivekananda Institute of Management Studies, Coimbatore. She has completed her PhD from Bharathiar University in 2008, cleared UGC NET and has over 8 years of teaching experience. Has published a book on Organizational behaviour and done 30 publications in various national and international journals.
