Dr. Hillel Avihai holds a Ph.D. degree in aviation terrorism in the discipline of Politics and international relations from the Anglia Ruskin (Polytechnic) University (UK), and has joined the International Policy Institute for Counter-Terrorism in Israel (ICT) as a research member.
