Thus, the main focus of this book is to study the fate of chemical pollutants in the environment. The overall goal of this book is to gain an understanding of the fundamental chemical processes that are central to a range of important Environmental problems and to utilize this knowledge in making critical evaluations of these problems.

My name is Berhanu Menasbo. I was born in Maichew, Ethiopia in April 10, 1973. I have attended my education at Zelalem Desta & Tilahun Gizaw SSS. I got B.Sc degree in Chemistry from Addis Abeba University in 2003 & M.Sc degree in Environmental Science from UNESCO-IHE, the Netherlands in 2008. Currently, I am working in Mekelle University, Ethiopia.
