This development should be facilitated with effective land management through land registration in the state. However,there are indications that a number of people have very little or no knowledge of the processes of land registration in the state. An an assessment of progress in the level of compliance with land registration at least to identify areas of uncertainties in the practice of land registration was not properly conducted and documented. However,this book attempts to provide the basic principles about land registration,problems associated with the practice,and the level of compliance with land registration across the administrative units in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.

He holds a B.Sc. in Geography & Regional Planning and M.Sc. in Environmental/Resource from the University of Uyo, Uyo. He has exposures in business development and research collaboration.
