The temperature control of sensitive biological and medical applications is important especially when the temperature is a critical condition. That's lead to the investigation for accurate and efficient controller to meet medical requirements, and that can be found in artificial intelligent techniques. The challenge is the implementation of these intelligent controllers on integrated circuits. FPGA is the most competitive one which is the best in capacity, performance and convenient for fast implementation and verification. This book provides a modeling of the medical oven and presents a design and implementation of intelligent controller which can get over the characteristics of heating systems. A proposed digital ANFIS controller is designed in this book to facilitate the implementation process with high controls accuracy and reducing complexity and cost. The proposed digital ANFIS can be used for any other application just with varying its constants. This approach can help in shed light on new technology of FPGA implementation that can save time, efforts, and cost with small chip size and excellent performance.
