The interaction and communication among cells are required for adaptability of cell movement and its consequence for tissue formation and remodeling, particularly in embryonic development and cancer metastasis. The purpose of this dissertation is to introduce and demonstrate several biological processes or phenomena using posterior lateral line system of zebrafish as a model.
