The theoretical underpinning for the concept of CSR such as shareholder and stakeholder theories are explained in relation to their application in developing economies . The project therefore analyses reports from some of the selected companies that are listed in the Country's stock exchange.

Mugabi is a Lawyer with a Bachelors' Degree in LawLLB (Hons): Masters in International Commercial Law and a Masters in Human Rights Law.
