Autorenporträt
István Sántha, PH.D. (2004), Eötvös University, Budapest, is senior researcher at the Research Centre for the Humanities at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. He has published articles on problems of modern hunter-gatherer peoples in Siberia and their culture contact strategies with hierarchical societies. Tatiana Safonova, PH.D. (2009), Saint Petersburg State University, is a post-doc researcher at the Centre for Independent Social Research. She has published articles on the problems of natural and cultural conservation in post-Soviet Russia, the anthropology of Siberia, and ethnomethodological studies.
