Dr Isat Skenderovi¿ was born on 14 February 1965, in Trpezi, Berane Municipality (Ivangrad), Montenegro.Attended the high school in Rozaje and graduated further on from the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics in Pristina (1990, Kosovo). He holds a PhD in Science from the University of Sarajevo (2010).
