The aim of this study was to assess the influence of population growth on pipe-borne water availability in Minna, Niger State, Nigeria. To achieve this aim, both primary and secondary data were collected. Population growth data were collected from National Population Commission for a period of 20 years (1991-2010), annual water production data were collected from Niger State Water Board for a period of 20 years (1991-2010), structured questionnaire were administered on pipe-borne water consumer in Minna metropolis and interview were conducted using semi-structure questionnaires with water analysts in the Niger State Water Board. The data were analyzed using SPSS. Method such as simple percentage, graph, Pearson's correlation and regression analysis were adopted. The results are presented in the work.
