Maja Borovina, mag.oec., è nata a Spalato nel 1984 e si è laureata presso la Facoltà di Economia di Spalato (Croazia). Attualmente lavora come direttore finanziario nell'azienda familiare Spegra (Spalato) e sta terminando gli studi post-laurea in economia aziendale. È molto interessata alla ricerca sulle imprese familiari.
