Bureaucratic structure in management often results in situation whereby a manager will have to follow long procedures and channels in attempts to get their employer to consider a new product or explore a new market that they suggest. This leads the author to suggest; to be fast at seizing business opportunities, firms should consider the various suggestions of the EM approach. Management structure of an entrepreneurial firm is characterised as the existence of flexibility within the organisation which was expressed by a flat and informal organisational structure. An implication for this will be the creation of a situation whereby an harmonious relationship between the employees of the firms.
