J.F. Hilley is a retired veteran who served twenty years in the United States Air Force. She lives with her husband and teacup Chihuahua on a gorgeous beach in Hawaii. She's a new author and after deploying to Kabul, Afghanistan, she never forgot the people or her experiences there. When not working her nine to five job, she spends her time playing video games, listening to rock music and watching Quentin Tarantino movies.
