J. W. Hodge loves committing murder on paper. She believes it's very therapeutic. She did grow up playing in her grandmother's mortuary so her view of death might be a little skewed. She and her husband are kept busy cleaning and repairing their many apartment complexes. When she's not cleaning or writing she's busy rescuing dogs, feral cats, and battling with a flock of wild turkeys for the rights to her back hillside. She's a member of Sisters in Crime and belongs to two local writer's critique groups.
