Shalom! What a privilege to share my new book with you! I first learned Hebrew at Temple Beth Shalom in Orange, California. I rediscovered my Jewish roots 50 years later and fell in love with Israel, the Land, her people, and Hebrew, God's Holy language. I have been married to my best friend and biggest encourager, Russ, for 33 years. We have a wonderful daughter Becca and son-in-law Adam. We currently live in Colorado Springs, CO. Russ and I have spent a great amount of time living in Israel and visiting my sister Pam and her family, who live near Jerusalem. I love to read, and I LOVE playing Pickleball! I have been an educator for 35 years with a Bachelor's Degree and Teaching Credential in Education. I believe in making my classes and materials, simple, user-friendly AND FUN! Hebrew with Joy! has been a 6-year labor of love. I've had the privilege of testing the materials with hundreds of students, both in the classroom and online. My heart's desire is to provide this material so you'll be encouraged to learn Hebrew, whether you are a teacher or student.
