Joy Rosser has been an educator in southeast Pennsylvania for almost 25 years while simultaneously pursuing her passion for education through writing and research. Tony Barber is the Superintendent of a mid-sized, suburban school district right outside of Philadelphia, PA.  He is also a college professor, teaching classes in the principalship, the superintendency, and Educational Law.
