Autorenporträt
John Breardon was born in central After being made redundant from his job at a local factory, he embarked on a harrowing adventure that would leave an indelible mark upon him.

Previously unable to find a position that would satisfy both his quest for adventure and his youthful desire to prove himself, John volunteered for overseas service as an International Aid Worker. Serving in during the break up of the Former Yugoslavia, and later in the civil uprising that took place in he had many opportunities to achieve both.
