John Otieno Oredo is a Lecturer in the Faculty of Information Science and Technology at Kisii University College-Kenya.He holds a B.Ed(Moi)and MSc.IT(Strathmore)degrees.Freddie Acosta is a Senior Lecturer of Information & Technology Management at Strathmore Business School-Kenya.He holds a BSc(CompEng,MBA(IT) and PhD (Info&Tech Mgmt.)degrees.
