Emphases include honesty regarding science and critical study of the Christian tradition, the mythic nature of the Christian narrative, personal spiritual growth, and the reorientation of faith from propositional belief to awareness of divine spirit in oneself and all things. The work draws from the author's own experience of spiritual development. What is proposed could be characterized as a transmythic, evolutionary, existential, apophatic, transformative, mystical, panentheism.
