Jose Alamo is an entrepreneur, business owner and Outdoor enthusiast. He started his career building high-fidelity process simulators for training control room operators of industrial plants. His focus expanded to competency-based operator training programs, using eLearning, simulators, and on-the-job training. He also developed and launched new products in large organizations. Prior to pursuing his dream of owning a business, Jose decided to write this book to share some of the knowledge in training design and new product development he acquired throughout his career. Jose has a bachelor's and Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the École Polytechnique de Montréal, and an MBA from Queen's University.
