Rico A. R. Picone is Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Saint Martin’s University, where he researches augmented cognition, artificial intelligence, and cybernetics. Joseph L. Garbini is Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Washington. His technical interests include controls, instrumentation, robotics and design. Cameron N.
