Well to live in the Spirit is to deny the lusts of the flesh in which many Christians no longer try to do, allowing themselves to be overcome by the lusts of the flesh rather than following the conviction of the Holy Spirit and repenting and turning to our Father, Who is standing with arms wide open waiting for you!

This book highlights how one must be transformed byt the renewing of their mind and each new day try their best to draw near and follow the perfect example of our Lord Jesus Christ!
