The prevalent unsatisfactory performance, particularly in physical fitness activities by students with visual impairments in special schools, spearheaded the renaissance of interest in this area, but with the urge asses the physical fitness of such students flexibility, muscular endurance, body coordination, body balance were found to have finding which indicated significant difference among visually impaired; while those on muscular strength, and cardio-respiratory endurance did not have significant difference among visually impaired. The book assessed three groups of students based on their possession of low vision, functional blindness and total blindness.
