Autorenporträt
Born in Edmonton, Alberta, Jay Senetchko now lives and works in Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a University of Alberta graduate, and spent several years as a professional soccer player in Edmonton and Montreal before pursuing entrepreneurial interests in Canada and the United States. He moved to Vancouver in 2000. Senetchko is an artist that has been exhibiting his work internationally since 2001, and is also an art educator and writer. Jay Senetchko is the author of Making Pictures Speak: Image Theory for the Visual Arts, a textbook on perspective and composition for visual art; and is currently developing another storybook, The Dragon and the Unicorn: An Ideological Fairytale.
