Dr Lemba is a research consultant in programme Monitoring and Evaluation. She has strong academic background in Agriculture economics, with a PhD and MSc from Gent University (Belgium) and BSc from Egerton University(Kenya). She has professional experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
